Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Youāll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weāll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at luvienshop@gmail.com. Weāll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
- Return the item you currently have (following the return process above).
- Make a new purchase for the item you want after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
To qualify:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Youāll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once weāve received and inspected your return, weāll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important: Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
